Cancellation and Refunds Policy

GuideStack guides are digital downloads. Because a guide can be accessed as soon as you pay, orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

Refunds

• Every guide has a 30-day refund guarantee. If it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the payment.
• If you accidentally pay for the same guide more than once, we will refund the duplicate payment.
• If you have trouble accessing or downloading your guide, we will always work with you until it is resolved.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your name, the email used for payment and the Razorpay payment ID. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank usually takes 5 to 7 business days to show the amount.
